Booking and payment conditions

 

The official booking request at the Medici Soderini b & b takes place by sending an e-mail to medicisoderini@gmail.com containing the following data:

• Check-in date and check-out date

• Estimated time of arrival on the check-in day

• The name of the room / rooms you want to book

• Number of adults and children

• Need or not an extra bed (only for certain rooms)

• Standard or discounted rate per night (excluding tourist tax)

• Name of the booker and a telephone number

 

The confirmation of the reservation by the Medici Soderini b & b will be made by e-mail which will also contain all the information necessary to conclude the reservation.

 

The accepted payment methods are:

• wire transfer

• credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Vpay, American Express, Diners club international, Discover, UnionPay or Googlepay, Applepay and Samsungpay)

• other methods to be agreed with the structure

The charges will be made according to the booking conditions (standard rate, not earlier than 14 days before the check-in; discounted and non-refundable rate, after 24 hours from the booking confirmation).

Cancellations and no-shows

​

The standard rate booking is at full price and can be cancelled and modified in whole or in part (for example change of dates or number of nights or number of guests) free of charge up to 14 days before the check-in date by sending an email to medicisoderini@gmail.com. If the cancellation request is made within 14 days from the check-in date, a penalty equal to 100% of the entire reservation will be applied. Within 14 days from the check-in date, no requests for a reduction in the number of nights or the number of guests will be refunded. All requests for changes within 14 days from the check-in date must in any case be evaluated and approved by the b & b.

Reservations with a discount on the standard rate are subject to the "non-refundable" condition, to say it is not possible to change or cancel the reservation after the b & b has confirmed the reservation by e-mail. In the event of a cancellation request after the booking has been made, there is a penalty equal to 100% of the cost of the booking. However, there is a free cooling-off period of 24 hours from the booking confirmation by sending an e-mail to medicisoderini@gmail.com.

In the event of a request for cancellation due to Force Majeure documented reasons within 14 days from the check-in date for standard bookings and after 24 hours after the booking confirmation for non-refundable bookings, email us at medicisoderini@gmail.com before the arrival.

In case of no-show of the guest (s) on the day of check-in, there is a penalty equal to 100% of the total cost of the reservation.

In case of delay with respect to the agreed time, it is required to notify the b & b in time.

Terms of Service

​

Medici Soderini is a bed and breakfast offering an Italian breakfast.

Check-in is from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm (on holidays check-in and check-out times may vary), check-out by 10:00 am. Check-in outside these hours is not always possible and may cost € 20 after 11:00 pm.

Guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in.
It is not always possible to store luggage before check-in and after check-out. .
Smoking is forbidden in the b & b and in the rooms.
Towels will be changed for free after 3 days of stay and sheets after 7 days of stay. An advance change is possible with the contribution of a small fee. Room cleaning is provided daily at customer's discretion.

Pets are not allowed.

We are not responsible for items left unattended in the rooms and in the apartment.

We are not responsible for inefficiencies beyond our control.

The Medici Soderini b & b reserves the right to ask for a refund for any damage caused by the customer during the stay.

The cost of the room does not include the city tax of 4 € / night per person.

 

Acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale

By booking according to the various methods provided on our website, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided and to fully accept the general conditions of sale and payment transcribed above.
These general conditions of sale, together with the conditions regarding the methods of delivery and payment of the goods, are an integral part of the sales contract concluded between the Customer and B&B Medici Soderini. With the booking, the Customer assumes responsibility for compliance with the law in relation to what has been declared and booked. Therefore, any responsibility of the B&B Medici Soderini for incorrect bookings and / or incorrect data is excluded.
B&B Medici Soderini invites you to carefully read these general conditions of sale, to print them or in any case to keep a copy.
